The University College of Agriculture, Sargodha which is a constituent college of the University of Sargodha invites bids from reputed firms for the purchase & allotment of work for the renovation of Departmental Lab.

1- Lab Tables. 06 Nos.

a) Size (8 x 4 x 3’)

b) With Draws, Cabinet & Partition Box for Electrical Supply

2- Air Conditioner

Capacity 02 Ton 02 Nos.

3- Electricity Work

a) Main Panel: With indicator, voltmeter for each line (Best Quality)

b) Tube Lights: (Phillips- 04 Rods)

c) Circuit Breakers: Germany / France made

d) Louvre Fans : Best Quality

e) Electric Wire: 7/0.029 min. for each circuit (Best Quality)

f) Connection from main Electric Supply to be ensured for main panel

(Best Quality Wire)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

(i) Interested Firms may obtain tender documents of all categories on any working day by May 24 to 27, 2008, from the office of the Project Director (University College of Agriculture, University of Sargodha located at Lahore-Khushab By-Pass, Main Road, Near Ludewala Jhaal, Sargodha) on production of demand draft worth Rs.2500/- (Non refundable) in favour of Treasurer, University of Sargodha.

(ii) Bid Security 2% of the tender amount (refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/ Pay order in favour of Treasurer, University of Sargodha, must be attached with the bid.

(iii) Firms/ Companies must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.

(iv) Single Stage-Two Envelops procedure will be followed in evaluation of bids.

(v) A pre-bid meeting will be held on May28,2008 at 1100 hours.

(vi) Last date for submission of the Tender Document is May 30, 2008 at 1130hours and tender will be opened on the same day at 1330 hours in the presence of Bidders or their Authorized Representatives at the Project Office, University College of Agriculture, University of Sargodha.

(vii) University College of Agriculture reserves the right to accept/ reject wholly/ partially this tender or any bid at any stage without assigning any reason.
