Total number of chances is five (1+4).

Minimum number of marks required to pass the examination are 33% in each subject
(separately in written and practical paper)

A candidate who fails in one or more subjects by 5 marks or less is declared pass.
(Grace Marks are awarded only to those candidates who appear in all the subjects
at one time. Compartment candidates are not eligible for grace marks).

A candidate who misses 1st or 2nd Division by 5 marks or less
(if he/she has not availed subject grace) is awarded grace up to 5 marks
-
Second annual exam is open for fresh candidates as well as compartment/failed as
whole candidates.

Any candidate who fails in optional subject only is declared pass without calculating
the marks obtained in optional subject. However, he / she will have to submit his
/ her original pass result card within 15 days of the declaration of result if he
/ she want to reappear in the optional subject.

The candidates failing in one or two or more subjects will have to reappear only
in the subjects in which they have failed. They will not have to reappear in all
the subjects.
-
The candidates of special categories (Doctor, Nurse, Fazil, Wafaq-ul-Madaris &
Additional Subjects) have to pass the whole examination in single attempt. No grace
marks are available for these candidates.
The candidates desiring to improve their division are given only one chance within
one year of passing the exam.
- The candidates desiring to improve
division may change the subjects with a gap of one year.

he / she takes the examination in all the papers at one time

A candidate who passes 6 subjects of Part-I is allowed to appear in Part-II. However
he/she has to clear his/her Part-I in prescribed chances failing which the result
of Part-II will also be quashed/cancelled.

Total number of chances is three (1+2) out of four for those candidates of session
2005-06 who appeared as compartment
candidates in 1st annual exam 2007 and thereafter.

Total number of chances is four (1 + 3) for those who appear as fresh candidates
in all the papers in 1st annual exam 2007 and in any capacity in subsequent
examinations provided they pass at least 4/7 or 4/6 papers.

Minimum number of marks required to pass the examination are 40% in individual paper
and 45% in aggregate.

A candidate who fails in one or more subjects or in aggregate by 5 marks or less
is declared pass.
-
A candidate who misses 1st Division by 5 marks or less (if he/she has
not availed subject/aggregate grace) is awarded grace up 5 marks. However, grace
marks are not awarded to any candidate to enable him/her to get exemption in any
paper.

Second annual examination is open for fresh, compartment and failed as a whole candidate.
- The candidates failing in 4/7 or 3/6 papers are declared totally fail and they will
have to appear in all subjects in the next examination.

Only those candidates are allowed to appear in P-II or P-III examination who have
passed previous part examination/s.

Minimum number of marks required to pass the examination are 40% in individual paper
(separately in written and practical papers) and 45% in aggregate.
- A candidate
who fails in only one subject or in aggregate by 5 marks or less (once either in
P-I or P-II) is declared pass.
- A
candidate who misses 1st Division by 5 marks or less
(if he/she has not availed subject/aggregate grace) is awarded
grace up to 5
marks.
- The
candidates who pass 50% subjects (3/5) or (4/7) of Part-I by
securing 45% aggregate marks are allowed to appear in Part-II.
However, they have to clear their Part-I in prescribed 3 chances
failing which result of their Part-II will also be
quashed/cancelled.
- The candidates failing in 50% subjects are declared totally fail and they will have
to appear in all subjects in next examination.
- The
candidates desiring to improve their division in Part-I or Part-II
or Part-I & II together are given two chances within
two years of passing the
examination.
- Second
annual Examination is open for fresh and compartment/failed as
whole
candidates.

General Instructions |

No verification of result is issued within 60 days of declaration of result.
-
Application of rechecking should be received within 30 days from the declaration
of result. Rechecking includes checking of Answer books, Award list and Result sheets
to ensure that the result of the candidate has been correctly compiled and declared.
It will not include re-evaluation of Answer book.

Compartment/failed as whole candidates must submit admission forms for the next
Examination within 15 days of the declaration of the result.
-
Application for clearance of result discrepancies should be received in this office
within 15 days of the declaration of result.
-
Division improving candidate shall surrender the previous degree/result card to
the University for being cancelled.
