The University of Sargodha (UoS) has secured top positions in the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan (APSUP) Faisalabad Chapter competitions, securing three Winner trophies and two Runner-up trophies across multiple sports categories.
UoS teams participated in five events and delivered an exceptional all-round performance. The University’s Badminton Men and Basketball Men & Women teams earned first positions, while the Table Tennis Men & Women teams secured second positions, showcasing remarkable consistency, teamwork, and determination.
Director Sports Mehar Ahmad Khan Haral lauded the athletes for their exceptional efforts and sportsmanship, describing the achievement as a proud moment for the University of Sargodha. He stated that this success reflects the dedication, discipline, and hard work of our players, coaches, and the unwavering support of the University administration.
He further expressed gratitude to Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas for his constant encouragement and visionary leadership in promoting sports and co-curricular activities at the University.
