Pakistan's University of Sargodha Promotes Youth Leadership Through Community Engagement Workshop

SARGODHA, Pakistan — April 30, 2026: The Women Development Center (WDC) at the University of Sargodha, in collaboration with the Women Development Department, Government of Punjab, is organizing a workshop titled "Community Engagement and Social Responsibility" to encourage civic participation, volunteerism, and youth leadership.

The interactive session will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Women Development Center (WDC),, and is open to both male and female students. University of Sargodha

The workshop will be led by Dr. Ahmad Bilal Cheema, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education, University of Sargodha. The session is designed to help students understand the importance of community engagement and inspire them to contribute positively to society through active citizenship and social responsibility.

According to the event organizers, participants will explore key topics including community engagement and volunteerism, social responsibility and civic awareness, youth leadership for social change, community development initiatives, and advocacy for social impact.
